The following members were absent: Councilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 659
APPROVING GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSE
WHEREAS, the application for Garbage Haulers License has been received
from Randy's Sanitation
Route 3, Box 342
Delano, MN 55328
The above application was received in accordance with Chapter VI,
Section 600.01 of Plymouth City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Garbage Haulers License be approved for
Randy's Sanitation
Route 3, Box 342
Delano, MN 55328
for the period from October 1, 1979 to March 31, 1980.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t and upon vote being taken thereon, the
