AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
WELL NO. 5 - PUMPHOUSE
PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated September 25, 1979, for A A K
Construction, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik B Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department be authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of ;3,426.28 to A & K Construction, Inc. for
Project 812.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
