Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-654
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF CHESHIRE LANE NORTH OF 23RD AVE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412,851, Richard Neslund has petitioned the City
Council for a vacation of the following street:
All that part of Cheshire Lane described as follows:
A 50 00 easement for street purposes over, under and across the easterly
50.00 feet of the following described property:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Town-
ship 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying
West of the West line of U.S. Interstate Highway No. 494.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said Petition and found the same to
be in order
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of October 22, 1979
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for =-e Public Hearing on said Petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said Hearing as provided by law.
