HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-647Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-647 RECEIVING PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT STREET LIGHTING - PLYMOUTH CREEKVIEW ADDITION WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the property owners requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Plymouth Creekview Addition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Plymouth Creekview Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City Council on October 1, 1979, is herewith received. 2. The petition is not signed by 100% of the affected property owners and will require public improvement and special assessment hearings, 3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
