Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
lst day of October , 197 - The following members were

The following mem erb s were absent Coyncilmember Spaeth
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-644
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "Windsong" FOR KEITH STOTTS
(79017)
WHEREAS, Keith Stotts has requested approval of the final plat for "Windsong",
a plat for five single family residential lots and one outlot at 17420 County
Road 24 and a development contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval; and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a development contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Keith Stotts
for final plat approval of "Windsong", a plat for five single family residential
lots and one outlot at 17420 County Road 24;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
