the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -Fe -T9 on the
1st day of October , 1979 . The following members were

The following members were absent: ounce mem er Spaeth
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-643
APPROVING SIGN FOR NORDOUIST SIGN COMPANY (STEVEN HIRTZ) FOR THE PLYMOUTH RACQUET
CLUB ABUTTING THE EAST RIGHT-OF-WAY OF FERNBROOK LANE AND SOUTH OF STATE HIGHWAY
55 (A-730)
WHEREAS, Nordquist Sign Company has requested approval for a sign for Plymouth
Racquet Club at the east right-of-way of Fernbrook Lane and South of State
Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does, approve the request of Nordquist Sign
Company for a sign for the Plymouth Racquet Club abutting the east right-of-way
of Fernbrook Lane and south of State Highway 55 subject to the following condition:
1. The sign shall be located on the landscaped island at the southwest
corner of the building.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
'Upyor Hunt . and upon vote being taken thereon, the
TollowIng voted in favor thereof: Maynr Hunt, rnunrilmamharc navpnnnrt_
Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None •
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
