RESOLUTION NO, 79-641
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION FOR DWIGHT T. SWATOSH (79066)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division for Dwight T. Swatosh,
Resolution No. 79-640;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to filing of said lot division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum;
2. No variances with respect to setbacks for new structures are granted
or implied;
3. The required easement shall be conveyed as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing.
