HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-640CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 1st day of October , 19 79 . The following members were present: _&�yor Hunt. Counci embers Davenport. Hoyt and Neils The following members were a sen : Councilmember Spaeth Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 79-640 APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR DWIGHT T, SWATOSH (79066) WHEREAS, Dwight T. Swatosh, 2425 Zane Avenue North, Golden Valley, Minnesota, has requested a division of existing platted parcels located at the northwest quadrant of Ives Lane and 23rd Avenue North within the City of Plymouth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the division is approved by Hennepin County: LEGAL DESCRIPTION Lots 11 and 12, Block 3, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota (PIN No. 26-118-22-21-0060), To be divided into two new parcels as follows: PARCEL A: That part of lots 11 and 12, Block 3, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying north of a line drawn southwesterly fron a point in the northeasterly line of said lot 12 distant 103.00 feet south of the northeast corner thereof to a point in the southwesterly line of said lot 11 distant 104,00 feet south of the northeast corner thereof. PARCEL B: That part of lots 11 and 12, Block 3, Elmhurst, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying south of a line drawn southwesterly from a point in the northeasterly line of said lot 12 distant 103.00 feet south of the northeast corner thereof to a point in the southwesterly line of said lot 11 distant 104.00 feet south of the northeast corner thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils The following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an a op e
