The following members were present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Neils The following mem ers were absent: Councilmember Spaeth Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION N0, 79-637 APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE U. S. POSTAL SERVICE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 34TH AVENUE NORTH AND PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (A-94) WHEREAS, the U. S. Postal Service has requested approval of a site plan amendment for the U. S. Post Office to be located at the northeast corner of 34th Avenue North and Plymouth Boulevard; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the request of the U. S. Postal Service for site plan amendment approval of the U. S. Post Office to be located at the northeast corner of 34th Avenue North and Plymouth Boulevard subject to the following condition: 1. That a temporary effective ground cover for purposes of erosion control and soil retention be provided until the total landscaping can be completed when the contract is let for the proposed addition.
