RESOLUTION NO. 79- 631
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FOR SCHIEBE'S OAKWOOD APARTMENTS (A-283)
COUNTY ROAD 6 AND HIGHWAY 101
WHEREAS, Kenneth Schiebe, developer of Schiebe's Oakwood, has entered into a
Development Contract with the City of Plymouth (A-283), dated June 5, 1972,
pursuant to City ordinance and has agreed to complete certain improvements on
14th Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has constructed certain utilities and street improvements
on 14th Avenue west of T. H. 101, and
WHEREAS, the City has inspected said improvements and finds them to be accordance
with the plans and specifications,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Development Bond for the improvements on 14th Avenue for the
first phase of the apartment development is hereby reduced to $1800.00 to reflect
the completed work. The $1800.00 will cover the following:
1. Street signs, boulevard sod, and cleaning and sweeping of
streets $1800.00
