The following members were ,. present: The following Ynembers were absent: Councilmemhar Nails Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-630 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND KINGSWOOD FARM ADDITION (A-759) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated August 9, 1978, Centurion Company, developer of Kingswood Farm Addition (A-759), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction 134,900 13,490 Sanitary Sewer 125,500 0 Watermain 105,300 0 Storm Sewer 54,800 0 Boulevard Sod 16,800 16,800 Pond or Ditch Construction 0 0 Street Signs 1,800 1,800 Street Sweeping b Storm Sewer Cleaning 1,500 11500 Erosion Control 2,000 2,000 Site Grading 41,000 0 Design,Adm.,Insp., etc. 58,032 4,270 TOTALS $541,632 $3,860 That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $175,840 be further reduced to $39,860 to reflect the completed work.
