HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-623CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the 24th day of September , 19 79 . The following memhers were present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ers aven or7-, Hoyt and Spaeth The following mem ers were a sent: Councilmember Neils Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption, RESOLUTION NO. 79-623 AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO ENTER AN ORDER WITH RESPECT TO A HAZARDOUS AND DANGEROUS BUILDING LOCATED AT 10524 SOUTH SHORE DRIVE WHEREAS, the Building Inspector of the City of Plymouth has made a written report to the Council relative to the condition of the building located at 10524 South Shore Drive in the City of Plymouth; and WHEREAS, in said report the Building Inspector has recommended that proceedings be commenced for the repair of said building or in the alternative, for its razing and removal, all pursuant to Sections 463.15 et seq. of Minnesota Statutes; and WHEREAS, said report has been examined and considered by the Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Mayor and the City Manager be authorized and directed to enter an Order, a copy of which is attached as follows: Exhibit "A" to the owners of the property located at 10524 South Shore Drive, City of Plymouth, Minnesota, as provided by the provisions of Sections 463.15 et seq. of Minnesota Statutes. 2. That the City Attorney is authorized and directed to cause Such Order to be served upon the owners of record of said premises, or their agents, upon any occupants therein and upon all lien holders of record and to proceed with the enforcement of said Order as provided by Minnesota Statutes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by' Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor there-FT—Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Spaeth The following voted against or.abstaine one Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
