HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1979-618CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota waseid on the 24th day of September , 1979 . The following members were present: _ Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The following members were absent: None Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 79-618 APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR "MISSION WOODS" CONDOMINIUMS FOR MISSION WOODS PARTNER- SHIP IN RPUD 76-1 (A-338). WHEREAS, Mission Woods Partnership has requested site plan approval in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance for the Mission Woods condominium development consist- ing of two buildings with a total of forty-six (46) dwelling units in the west portion of RPUD 76-1; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends it's approval; NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan for Mission Woods, a condominium development consisting of forty-six (46) dwelling units in two buildings subject to the following conditions: 1. No permits to be issued until the final plat for Mission Woods Addition is filed with the County; 2. Submission of financial guarantee termed for 24 months to insure completion of approved site improvements; 3. The submission of detailed sign plans before the issuance of sign permits; 4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-74 and with City Code regarding fire lanes and fire hydrants; 5. Insulation of concrete curb and gutter around all driving and parking areas in accordance with City Policy Resolution No. 79-73; 6. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new structures on sites adjacent to or containing open storm water drainage facilities; 7. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by' Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe.d and adopted.
