moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 79- 615
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR MISSION HILLS
PARK SIXTH ADDITION (A-338).
WHEREAS, the City Cc.ncil has approved the final plat and Development Contract
for Mission Hills Park 6th Addition as requested by Mission Hills Park 6th
Partnership;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does direct the followtng prior to the
recording of said plat;
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum;
2. Payment of Park Dedication Fees in lieu of dedication based upon the
approved number of lots in accordance with City Park Dedication Policy
in effect at the time of final platting;
3. Verification that all street naming is consistent with adopted Street
Naming Policy.
