Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of September I9 79 . The following memhers were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-612
AUTHORIZING HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION CHAIRPERSON TO ATTEND A
HUMAN VALUES INSTITUTE
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his memorandum dated September 14, 1979 has
recommended that the chairperson to attend a Human Values Institute to be
held in Minneapolis on October 15-20, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the sum of $150 be appropriated to finance the
attendance of the Human Rights Commission Chariperson at the Human Values
Institute.
