Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-609
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
FERNBROOK LANE/RIDGECREST ADDITION UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 804 AND 829
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated September 10, 1979, for C. W. Houle
Landscaping has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.
and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 7 in the amount of $24,602.67 to C. W. Houle Landscaping for
Project 804 and 829.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_o_uncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor thereof: tjor Hunt, Councilmiembers DAvenport,
Neils and Suet

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. • ***
