Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re4ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, ihi nnesota was â–ºtela on the

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-608
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
WELL NO. 5 - PUMPHCUSE
PROJECT NO. 812
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated September 7, 1979, for A & K Construction,
Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and
payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department be authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $39,891.33 to A & K Construction, Inc. for
Project 812.
