Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was'—Fe' on the

present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport—, Neils and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-607
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 707, 914, 921 AND 922
SEVEN PONDS, 16TH AVENUE, HADLEY PLACE AND HIGHWAY 101 UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following
changes to Seven Ponds, 16th Avenue, Hadley Place and Highway 101 Utilities:
1. Add Project 944 - Windsong Addition,
4;IEREAS, Change order No. 2 for Project 707, 914, 921 and 922 is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 707, 914, 921 and 922 adding
$16,983.50 is approved and the previous contract price of $425,204.80 is revised
to $442,188.30.
