Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
' 17th day of September , 19 79 . The following members were
present: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-606
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 707, 914, 921 AND 922
SEVEN PONDS, 16TH AVE., HADLEY PLACE AND HIGHWAY 101 UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Seven Ponds, 16th Ave., Hadley Place and Highway 101 Utilities:
1. Add Project 917 - Baldwin Cheverolet Storm Sewer,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 707, 914, 921, and 922 is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 707, 914, 921 and 922 adding
$26,141.00 is approved and the original contract price of $399, 063.80 is revised
to $425,204.80.
