Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ularmeeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of September 19 7 The following members were
present: _Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were a sen : _ Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 79-605
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 702, 905 AND 909
FERNBROOK LANE, 23RD AVE. AND 26TH AVE. IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Fernbrook Lane, 23rd Ave. and 26th AVe. Improvements:
1. Add Project 924 - 13th Avenue from Peripheral Road to Berkshire Lane,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Project 702, 905 and 909 is recommended for
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 702, 905 and 909 adding $70,251.50
is approved and the previous contract price of $976,952.25 is revised to
$1,047,203.75.
