the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 79-604
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 807 & 911 - CONTRACT III
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Contract III, Downtown Plymouth Utilities:
1. Installation of 16" watermain along the east side of Vicksburg
Lane from County Road No. 9 to proposed Amhurst Plat.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 for Project 807 & 911, Contract III is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 807 and 911, Contract III adding
$53,572.50 is approved and the previous contract price of $1,113,937.50 is
revised to $1,167,510.99.
