Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
17th day of September , 19_19 - The following members were
present: Mayor Uunt.unc' ers Davenport. Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Cnuncilmemher Hoyt
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 603
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the extension of
the completion date for Part I, grading, aggregate base and utilities of the
contract as follows:
Original Specification
August 15, 1979
Revised Completion Date
November 15, 1979
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 806 is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 806 is approved by extending the
completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain the same.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
go�u�a�cil_membgr Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followfollowingTTng voted infavor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
