Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesotaalwas a d—onn the

present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport Neils and Spaeth

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
move its - s adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-595
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 805, 817 AND 841
23RD, 25TH AND CHESHIRE LANE
WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on September 17, 1973, the
City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost
of the following improvements:
1. 25th Avenue from Fernbrook Lane to Cheshire Lane;
2. 23rd Avenue from Fernbrook Lane to Cheshire Lane;
3. Cheshire Lane (easement) from 23rd Avenue to approximately
260 ft. south of 21st Avenue
by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and 9 -ton
bituminous streets with concrete curb and gutter (on Cheshire Lane easement -
from 23rd Avenue to approximately 260 ft. south of 21st Avenue-watermain only),
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 9th day of October, 1979, in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota, at 7:30 p.m, to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the
assessment roll.
