Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, apular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota wasTeTd on -the
17th day of September 1979 The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 586
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 805, 817 AND 841
23RD, 25TH AND CHESHIRE LANE
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the imrpovement of:
1. 25th Avenue from Fernbrook Lane to Cheshire Lane
2. 32rd Avenue from Fernbrook Lane to Cheshire Lane
3. Cheshire Lane (easement) from 23rd Avenue to approximately 260 feet
south of 21st Avenue
by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm sewer and 9 -ton bituminous
streets with concrete curb and gutter (on Cheshire Lane easement - from 23rd Ave.
to approximately 260 ft. south of 21st Ave. - watermain only), and all necessary
appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $236,963.00, and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$45,309.00, so the toal cost of the improvement will be $282,272.00; and of this
cost the City will pay $60,020.10 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $252,601.00.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water and
trunk main, pumping and storage facilites for the above referenced
project shill be applied to the existing land use zoning.
Water Area
Commercial: $900.00/acre
3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improve-
ment against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the
district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by
law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of
the Clerk for public inspection.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify
the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
C u r Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
