the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wasa on the
10th day of September , 1979 . The following members were

_ Ceuncilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79 - 568
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON NORTH HIGHWAY 55
FRONTAGE ROAD FROM BERKSHIRE LANE EAST TO ITS TERMINATION
WHEREAS, substantial on street!p?rking has been noted on north Highway 55
frontage road between Berkshire Lane easterly to its termination, and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the installation of
"NO PARKING" signs on the east and west bound lanes north Highway 55 frontage
road from Berkshire Lane eastly to its termination.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilm
ember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hot Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
