Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -held on the
10th day of September , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt,_ Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-567
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1979 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated September 6, 1979, for Hardrives, Inc.
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $111,251.26 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1979
Street Surfacing.
