Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-566
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 801
VICKSBURG LANE - CO. RD. 9 TO CO. RD. 47
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated August 31, 1979, for Jerome Begin
Contracting Co. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $17,883.00 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co.
for Project 801.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Reso'ution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth .
