Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-562
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT III
PROJECT NO. 807, 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated August 31, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $134,779.50 to Northdale Construction Co. for
Project No. 807, 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hort, Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
