Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTdon the
10th day of September , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were absent: None
_ Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Pesolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-561
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated August 31, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make Payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $9,004.50 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
lmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
