Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved'its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-559
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR SEWER
PROJECT 902
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated September 4, 1979, for Northdale
Construction Co. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $59,287.04 to Northdale Construction Co.
for Project 902.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by {
