Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -Te -7 on the
10th day of September , 19 79 , The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Pesolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-558
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT 806
PINEVIEW LANE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 2, dated September 4, 1979, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 2 in the amount of $58,985.91 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 806.
