Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ia meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Hinneso a was held on the
10th day of September , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers avenpo--F, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-556
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 905, 702 AND 909
FERNBROOK LANE, 23RD AVE. AND 26TH AVE.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Projects 905, 702 and 909:
Remove and replace watermain and remove muck and replace with
suitable material on 23rd Ave. (Project 702).
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Projects 905, 702 and 909 is recommended for
approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 905, 702 and 909 adding $67,000.00
is approved and the original contract price of $909,952.25 is revised to
$976,952.25.
