Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota washe-TUon the
10th day of September , 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers avenpo`"rT, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were a sent: None
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 551
ORDERING PROJECT 944
WINDSONG ADDITION STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution of the Council adopted August 20, 1979 a
report has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Adnerlik & Associates, Inc, with
respect to the improvement of Windsong Addition by the construction of sanitary
sewer, watermain, streets, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on September 10, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CIT! COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in a Council Resolution
adopted August 20, 1979, The petitioner has waived his right to a
public improvement hearing.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : Mavor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passedand adopted.
