Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
September *19 79 . The following members were present: Mayor -Hunt,
Louncilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
TTiefollowing members were absent: None
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
s adoption:
RESOLUTION # 79 - 549
APPROVING RENEWAL AND REVISION OF OUTSIDE STORAGE CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT AND REVISED SITE PLAN FOR INDUSTRIAL SITE AT 9700 -10th AVE.

WHEREAS, Hinnenthal-Kvalness-Hinnenthal, owners of the office/warehouse/man-
ufacturing building at 9700 -10th Ave. No. have requested approval of a renewed
and revised Conditional Use Permit for outside storage and for amendments to
the original site plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
public hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED By THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the renewal and revision of
a Conditional Use Permit for outside storage and amendemnts to the site plan
for Hinnenthal-Kvalness-Hinnenthal, 9700 -10th Ave. No. subject to the following
conditions:
1. All driving and parking areas will be paved in accordance with City
Engineer's memorandum and with City Ordinances.
2. A variance is granted to allow the fence to be up to 10 ft. in height.
3. The area around the fence on the northwest and south side of the storage
area shall be planted with a dense climbing ivy, so to provide an esthetic
opaque screening of the stored materials from the adjoining properties.
4. All open storage on the site of the principal building shall be removed
to the approved screened area or kept within the building.
5. The permit shall be for a period of one year at which time it shall be
reviewed with the intent that, if the violation conditions still exists,
more permanent arrangements shall be made for storage of the pipe and
other materials.
6. The required site performance financial guarantee shall be termed for
24 months.
7. Safety markers shall be erected on the edge of the ramp at the rear of
the building.

8. No other outside storage other than the pipe and related products within
the fenced area shall be permitted.
9. A restrictive convenant as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed
against the adjacent property to the west incumbering that property A
serve accessory parking and storage uses for the main site.
10. The entire property shall be cleaned and debris and refuse material shall
be removed 30 days from the date of adoption of this resolution.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilme4gr NqIls and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foliowing Voted in avorereo�: Mayor Hunt. Councilmemb rs navpnnnrt.
