t Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 10th day of
September , 19 79 . The following members were presen�yor Hunt,
Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
RESOLUTION 79- 547
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR L. W. SAMUELSON FOR THE HUNDER CLINIC AT 1025 EVERGREEN
LANE (79038)
WHEREAS, L. W. Samuelson has requested site plan approval for 3,432 square foot
addition to the Hunder Clinic at 1025 Evergreen Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan for L. W.
Samuelson for the Hunder Clinic at 1025 Evergreen Lane subject to the following
conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. Provision of site performance financial guarantee for 150% of the
estimated cost of improvements, termed for 24 months.
3. Installation of 8612 concrete curb and gutter around all driving and
parking areas per City policy.
4. No additional variances are granted; the parking area and private
drive to the northwest and east of the proposed addition shall be
revised to conform with ordinance parking and setback requirements;
the main driveway shall be widened to ordinance minimum.
5. An opaque 6 foot high vertical board fence, with 6 x 6 inch uprights
10 foot on center, shall be erected along the west and north property
lines.
6. No permit shall be issued for additional signs without the submission of
detailed sign plans.
7. A 3:1 slope berm on
the east
side, from the
present berm to within 40 feet
of the new driveway
shall be
installed and
sodded.

8. Five additional 6 foot high evergreen trees and three additional
2�2" decidous trees shall be planted along the south property line.
9. The berm on the east side shall have nine 6 foot high evergreen trees
planted 10 foot on center along the berm in addition to the indicated
landscaping.
10. The proposed retaining wall on the east side shall be extended along
the new section of the berm.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fol owing voted in favor reo : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
