the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
10th day ofShe te�mber , 1979 . The following members were

Councilmemher Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-545
ORDERING AMENDMENT TO TURTLE LAKE AREA PROJECT
PROJECT NO. 920
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Council adopted August 20, 1979 a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of Vicksburg Lane from County No. 9 to the north line of
Section 16 by installation of a watermain; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on September 4, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such watermain improvement from County Road 9 to the north line of
Section 16 as proposed in the preliminary engineering report is
hereby ordered.
2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as
the engineer for the improvement. They shall prepare plans and
specifications for making of such improvement. Said improvement
shall be added by change order to an existing City contract.
