RESOLUTION NO 79 - 540
APPROVING ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
J. P. MULLIGAN'S
WHEREAS, Mr. John Paul Muchulas of J. P. Mulligan's has requested the issuance
of an On -Sale Intoxicating Liquor License, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Muchulas has met the requirements of Plymouth City Code,
Chapter XII, Section 1200 concerning the issuance of said On -Sale Liquor
License, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the City Code, a public hearing was properly noticed
and held on August 20, 1979 concerning the issuance of an On -Sale License to
J. P. Mulligan's located at the northwest corner of State Highway 55 and
Fernbrook Lane;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that this Council does hereby approve the issuance of an On -Sale
Intoxicating Liquor License to 7. P. Mulligan's for the purpose of selling
intoxicating liquor at retail for consumption on the premises of J. P. Mulligan's
located at 3005 Harbor Lane, effective October 1, 1979, to expire on
January 31, 1980, subject to the appropriate laws of the United States, the
State of Minnesota, and the rules and regulations of the Liquor Control
Commissioner of the State of Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
guncilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
0 lowing vo ed in favor thereof: mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hovt. Neils and Spaeth
