Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 7r'- 534
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 804
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the extension of the
completion date of the contract as follows:
Original Specification Revised Completion Date
August 1, 1979 September 15, 1979
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 804 is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 804 is approved by extending the
completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain the same.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Spaeth, Neils
and Hoyt
The following voted against or abstained: Nnnp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
