Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
4th day of September , 1979 . The following memhers were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councilmember Davenport
Cuuncilmamber Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 533
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
FERNBROOK LANE IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 905
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the extension of the
completion date of the contract as follows:
Original Specification Revised Completion Date
October 15, 1979 October 29, 1979
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 905 is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 905 is approved by extending the
10 completion date and that the existing contract amount shall remain the same.
' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
?ollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Hoyt Neils
and Spaeth
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
