Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meetirg of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, innesota was a on the
4th day of September 19 79 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 532
APPROVING LANDSCAPE BOND REDUCTION FOR CRAWFORD-MERZ COMPANY AT 835 NORTH
COUNTY ROAD 18 (A-768).
WHEREAS, Crawford -Merz has completed much of the landscaping, as per the
approved site plan approved by Council Resolution #77-672; and
WHEREAS, the City staff has inspected the landscaping on site and recommends
a reduction of a portion of the landscape improvement bond to reflect
completed work and to insure the completion of all remaining landscape
improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Crawford -
Merz Company for reduction of their landscape improvement bond, at said
site, from $15,000.00 to $5,000.00.
