Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
4th day of September , 19 79 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 531
APPROVING LETTER OF CREDIT REDUCTION FOR FOUR SEASONS SHOPPING CENTER IN THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE COUNTY ROAD 18 AND COUNTY ROAD 9 INTERSECTION (A-683)
WHEREAS, Four Seasons Shopping Center (Metram Properties) has completed much of
the site improvement work as per the approved landscape plan approved by
Council Resolution #76-583; and
WHEREAS, The City staff has inspected the site improvements on-site and
recommends a reduction in the landscape letter of credit to reflect completed
work and to insure the completion of all remaining improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Metram
Properties for reduction of their landscape letter of credit covering site
improvements, at said site, from $40,000.00 to $10,000.00
