Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a S ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was eid—on the
4th day of September 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt. members Hoyt Neils and Spaeth
The following mem ers were apsent: Councilmember Davenport
Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOULTION NO. 79- 529
APPROVING RENEWAL OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION
FOR VERNON KREATZ (A-724)
WHEREAS, Vernon Kreatz has requested renewal of a Conditional Use Permit for
home occupation at his residence, 16735 County Road 6; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and has recommended
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does approve the request of Vernon Kreatz
for renewal of a home occupation Conditional Use Permit subject to the following
conditions:
1. Review of the Conditional Use operation every two years.
2. Approval of turpentine and chemical storage by the Fire Marshall.
3. Compliance with all constraints of the home occupation definition in
the ordinance.
4. No signs shall be permitted.
5. No retail sales shall be allowed from the petitioner's home.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t erea : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Neils and Spaeth
The following voted against or 45404 Councilmember HOyt
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
