Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held an the
4th day of -September , 19 79 . The following members were

Councilmember Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-527
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT
TAX DISTRICTS 1-4
WHEREAS, The City Council held public hearings on Tuesday, September 4, 1979
to consider the adoption of a Capital Improvement Program for the City's
proposed Storm Sewer Improvement Tax Districts 1-4; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the Capital Improvement Program
recommended by the City staff as well as citizen input; and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it to be of public interest to adopt the Storm
Sewer Capital Improvement Program for the four Storm Sewer Improvement Tax
Districts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Storm Sewer Capital Improvement Program, as
proposed by the City Manager, be and the same is hereby approved subject
to such additional hearings as may be required by law and further subject to
refinement of the cost sharing of the area special assessments and contribu-
tions from the storm sewer reserve funds of the various Storm Sewer Improve-
ment Tax Districts.
