Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of August , 19 79 . The following members were

CQ Umber Hit introduced the following Resolution and
mov its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 524
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR
MR. DAVID OLSEN (79059).
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation/division for Mr.
David Olsen involving Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Medicine
Lake Park First Division and vacated Columbia Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot consolidation/division:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. No variances are granted or implied as to yard setbacks for structures
on the proposed lots.
3. The delapidated structures on Lot 2, Block 2, and Lot 1, Block 2 as
shown on the survey shall be renovated or removed in accordance with
City codes, and a performance bond assurino the same shall be submitted
prior to filing.
4. Compliance with City Council policy Resolution #79-80 regarding minimum
floor elevations for structures in subdivisions or on sites adjacent to
or containing open storm water drainage facilities.
5. Provision for necessary utility and drainage easement as approved by the
City Engineer prior to filing.
6. The garage on Parcel E shall be rehabilitated or removed.
