Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on tFe— 27th day of
August , 19 79. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,
Councilmembers Davenport Hovt and Neils
were
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 523
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR EXISTING PLATTED LOTS FOR MR. DAVID
OLSEN (79059).
WHEREAS, Mr. David Olsen has requested a consolidation and division of existino
platted parcels within the City of Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the request for necessary variances has been reviewed by the Planning
Commission which has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following consolidation
and division, and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the consolidation
and division are approved by Hennepin Countv:
Parcels to be consolidated
Lots 12, 13 and 14, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, Medicine Lake qark
First Division (PIPJ 25-118-22-34-0021, - 0022, -0023, -0024); and
That part of vacated Columbia Avenue originally dedicated in said
Medicine Lake Park First Addition.
To be divided into four new parcels as follows:
Parcel A: Lot 1, Block 2, Medicine Lake Park First Division, accordina
to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and,
the northwesterly 16.06 feet of that part of adjoining Columbia
Avenue originally dedicated in the plat of Medicine Lake Park
First Division as measured at right angles to and parallel with
the northwesterly line of said vacated Columbia Avenue.

Parcel B: That part of Lot 14, Block 1, Medicine Lake Park First, Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, "innesota,
ivinq northwesterly of the southeasterly 23 feet of said Lot 14, as
measured at right angles to and parallel with the southeasterly line
of said Lot 14, and that part of adjoininn vacated Columbia Avenue
originally dedicated in said Medicine Lake Park First Division Ivina
southeasterly of the northwesterly 16.06 feet thereof as masured
at right angles to and parallel with the northwesterly line of said
vacated Columbia Avenue.
Parcel C: Lot 13, Block 1, Medicine Lake Park First Division, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the
southeasterly 23 feet of Lot 14, Block 1, said Medicine Lake Park
First Division as measured at right angles to and parallel with the
southeasterly line of said Lot 14, except for the southeasterly
8 feet of said Lot 13, Block 1 as measured at right angles to and
parallel with the southeasterly line of said Lot 13.
Parcel D: Lot 12, Block 1, Medicine Lake Park First Division. according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, and the southeasterly
8 feet of Lot 13, Block 1, said Medicine Lake Park First Division as
measured at right angles to and parallel with the southeasterly line
of said Lot 13.
