Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a snecialm
eeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
' 27th day of Augijst , 19_la_. The following members were

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 79- 522
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR CURTIS
MARTIN (79051).
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot consolidation for Curtis Martin
involving Lots 7 and 8 of Auditor's Subdivision No. 355;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said Lot Consolidation:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied,
3. A 6 foot high opaque fence shall be erected along the entire south
property line to provide screening from the adjacent non -conforming
commercial use; said fence shall include 6 x 6 inch post at least
10 foot on center.
4. Compliance with City Council policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum
floor elevations for new structures on sights adjacent to or containing
open storm water drainage facilities.
