Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was a on the
27th day of August , 19 79 . The following members were
present: mayor Hunt, Councilmem ersavenpo� Hoyt and Neils
The followinq members were absent: ounce mem er _nae.
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 79-520
REVISING RESOLUTION NO, 79-450
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR FOX GLEN ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution 79-450 set conditions which must be met
prior to filing of the Fox Glen plat, and
WHEREAS, because of revision to the development contract it is necessary to
revise the conditions set in Resolution 79-450,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Resolution 79-450 is revised as follows:
1. Delete Condition No. 6.
2. Add a new Condition No. 6 as follows: Prior to issuance of building
permits on the lots which abut Annapolis Lane, grading and drainage
plans shall be submitted and approved by the city engineer. This
approval is to ensure that the lot grades are compatible with the
proposed street grade of Annapolis Lane and surface drainage is
accommodated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Holt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted -in flavor t ereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt and Neils
The following voted against or abstained: None .
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe and aaopte .
