AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR ROBERT KRAETZ (A-772)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the Circle Star Warehouse for Robert Kraetz at
14910-14940 - 28th Avenue North was appi:w eL under City Council Resolution 77-668;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $36,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had
been accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release
of the bond;
NOW.THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the site
performance bond #5837 in the amount of $36.000 which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Robert Kraetz at 14910-14940 - 28th Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
