theCity Council of the City of Plymouth, t1innesota was held on the
20th day of August 19 79 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt_ Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt_ Neil,, and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None_,
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 511
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
GLEASON NORTH ADDITION (A-752)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated October 17, 1977
Maurice McCaffrey, developer of Gleason North Addition, has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $10,350, be further
reduced to $1,000 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the street construction, concrete curb and gutter,
sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of August 20, 1979,
for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe3 and adopted.
