Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
20th day of Au�ust , 19 79 . The following members were
. present: Mayor Hunt,Cou`nci'Tme— ersrsDaaven ort, Hoyt, Neils and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79- 510
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
KINGSWOOD FARM ADDITION (A-759)
WHEREAS, in accordance .v�th the Development Contract, dated August 9, 1978,
Centurion Company, developer of Kingswood Farm Addition (A-759), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below, and
WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to
reflect the completed work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLvMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the Letter of Credit, which was previously reduced to $207,827 be further
reduced to $175,840 to reflect the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are
accepted, as of August 20, 1979, for continual maintenance subject to the one year
guarantee by the Developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember NQils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing voted i.n Jayor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport_
Hot Neils and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
